Can you hear him? Do you hear him scream? Do you hear the howling sound? It´s the “Lone wolf” creeping round - somewhere out there, lonely, unpredictable… Or is it you? Deep down in your soul where nobody can hear it? Raw rock riffs and an inner voice accompany him – snarling, throaty in an psychedelic atmosphere. It´s Ruby Shock who are following him, but he is hungry, angry and in a murderous frenzy: „Hear him scream –the lone wolf in me“– until it´s suddenly silent again.
Holy fuck this has some great riffs. I was looking for something to listen to while I take a trip and this just blew me away. Of course it could be the liquor talking but than again it's always the liquor talking. Old Man Doom
One of the top Band’s making records today. My site, I Talk To Planets, named Bright Curse’s 2019 release Time of the Healer Album of the Year. I had to come back and check out the group’s earlier material. It does not disappoint. The debut long-player is not as experimental as Healer, but you can see the foundation work was being done, the band had moved on from longer jams of the E.P. material in favor of more concise tunes, but still 70s influenced. An outstanding first album. Mike Williams
