This song is inspired by Edward Abbeys 70ies novel “Monkey wrench gang”. It´s about a gang of four freaky environmentalists who are using sabotage to protest environmentally damaging activities. There are so many “White Elephant” projects, ecological scandals and more shit all over the world, that we sometimes wish the “monkey - wrench gang” would be “on the way” to help us.
